The guesthouse mansion 9 has clean and nice decorated rental rooms and all rooms have air-conditioning with ceiling ventilator, a separated bathroom, refrigerator, and new furniture, recently renovated and conveniently lay out. The check in is every day at 2 pm and the checkout is every day at 12 noon. For day rentals and weekend break rentals are all utility bills included. For week rentals and month rentals is the electricity extra on top of the rental prices. Water and Wi-Fi and also cleaning every 3 days and change of sheets every 10 days is free of charge. In general is the refundable deposit for short term rentals set on only 2,000.00 THB and for long term rentals set on only 5,000.00 THB. The rooms are in 3 different sizes, the mini room has 16 Sqm, the medium room has 20 Sqm and the maxi room with balcony has 28 sqm. Prices for the 16 Sqm mini room is for 1 day 350 THB, for 1 week 1.900 THB, for 1 month 5.000 THB and for a weekend break stay Friday and Saturday night only 700 THB. Prices for the 20 Sqm medium room is for 1 day 400 THB, for 1 week 2.100 THB, for 1 month 6.000 THB and for a weekend break stay Friday and Saturday night only 700 THB. Prices for the 28 Sqm maxi room is for 1 day 500 THB, for 1 week 3.000 THB, for 1 month 9.000 THB and for a weekend break stay Friday and Saturday night only 900 THB.
