Position: Sales Officers (Paint Industry) Location: Jaipur, Udaipur, Jodhpur, Kota, Meerut, Ghaziabad, Noida, West Delhi, North Delhi, South Delhi, Haldwani, Bhiwani Experience: Minimum 1 Years. Please note candidate should be only from Paint Industry. Job Description 1. Channel management, dealer & distributor network. 2. Sales & Business Operation in entire region. 3. Making cold calls, giving presentations and visiting potential Dealers to prospect for new business/ generating business i.e. achieving set targets by maximizing Sales. 4. Manage Professional relation with all the existing and new Authorized Dealer, Architecture, contractors, Builders via meeting, telephone calls and emails. 5. Ensuring a quick turnaround of proposals, contracts and other correspondence with the clients. 6. Evolving marketing plan and strategies for continues growth. Desired Candidate Profile 1. Candidate should be Presentable, Confident and Should have excellent Communication skills 2. Ability to develop long-term relationships with Dealers / Distributors in order to maximize revenues. 3. Capable of developing a suitable Sales & Marketing strategy, Planning. 4. Candidate should be go-getter, having flair of meeting people and articulate with superb selling, presentation, negotiation and persuading / follow-up skills; 5.
