Team Leader Education: Any graduation or post-graduate degree Experience: 5-7 years, preferably in content creation, social media management or in news domain Shift: Night Shift / Early Morning 2:30 am Shift Credit card Lead (TL) Job responsibilities: Understand instructions provided by client on social media posts and categorise them based on geography Summarise the posts or provide synopsis of the relevant posts Quality check the posts by other analysts Communicate effectively with client on queries or escalations Lead a small team and act as the escalation PoC for the shift Handle operational and transactional aspects of the shift Allocate work and track completion Train candidates on the processes Qualification and Skills / Competencies Required Graduate or post-graduate degree in Mass Communication, Journalism or English Literature is preferable Good knowledge of social media platforms such as Twitter is desirable Knowledge of news and current affairs will be a plus Excellent in English grammar, punctuation and spelling Excellent written communication skills Should have led a small team Attention to detail, nimble with technology and must have ability to multi-task in a deadline driven work environment Thanks and Regards HR Recruiter Manish
