Position: Merchandising Manager Location: Ludhiana Experience: Min. 3-6 years experience in Shawls, Scarves and related fashion accessories Job Profile: 1.Managing merchandising activities to ensure ON TIME response and services to each customer. 2.Good communication skills to deal with international and domestic buyers. 3.To build new buyers and new products along with building a strong organizational competence/team capability to maintain the organizational rate of growth. 4.Managing sourcing and production management until final dispatch. 5.Devise the sales and marketing plan to establish the brand of the company and its products in the market. 6.Create, develop and sell products that have any international potential to meet buyer s unsaid or latent need. 7.Preparation of JCP (JOURNEY CYCLE PLAN) for customers meetings, for product promotions/presentations at trade fairs. 8.Ensure to satisfy customers on their complaints.
