Hr Recruiter Job Summary: Candidate must have knowledge about all the hiring portals Naukri, Monster, indeed and linked in. Should have knowledge in bulk-hiring. Responsibilities and Duties: Sourcing the Candidates Profiles based on Requirements Screening CVs to match Companies' requirements in terms of profile and skillsets. Understanding the Company requirements thoroughly then screening and shortlisting the candidatures in accordance with the requirements. Detail understanding of skill sets and pre-screening of the candidate before setting up an interview. Scheduling emailing/telephonic/final interviews with Company HR Managers and follow up on the feedback. Updating and maintaining the database for future requirements. Candidate must have knowledge about all the hiring portals Naukri, Monster, indeed and linked in. Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications Any Graduate with 0to 2years of experience in Recruitment. Preferable required male and Female candidate. Job Type: Full-time Location: Hyderabad Salary: 8,000.00 to -15,000.00 /month
