REQUIRED SALES EXECUTIVE FOR A TOP REAL ESTATE COMPANY IN INDIA

Primary role is to Sale the existing and future inventory of the projects developed and constructed by the company. Understand the current product (Residential plots and flats) of the company and understand the unique features of the product. Present the product to the potential purchaser and make the sale for the company. Understand the cost structure of the flats and present the same to the potential plot and flat purchasers. Follow up with the potential clients on mail, phones or in person as required to make the sale. Interact with all potential purchasers of the plots and flats. Understand their requirement and budgets. Present as aforesaid company product and make the sale happen. Identify opportunities of improvement in present products of the company.
